The Sportform Training Center
The Sportform Training Center uses state of the art equipment for mental and physical training and analysis.
Detailed computer analysis of techniques and kinetic analysis of movement are utilized to show the athlete
and coach how to improve. Understanding balance, weight transfer, alignment and rhythm are key
components of instruction. Combined with mental training that develops the ability to get into the "zone" to
perform at peak levels and focus through distractions, we offer some of the most advanced athletic training
available in the world. Clients include amateur and professional athletes of all ages and have included,
national, world and Olympic champions, minor and major league baseball players, little league, high school
and college players.
At Sportform, we are continually researching the latest developments in athletic performance, training,
technology, nutrition, neurofeedback, mental preparation, and more.

players, Olympians, certified trainers, and master martial artists.
- Sportform programs are developed and managed by performance expert Duke Zielinski who has
consulted with age group to Olympic and professional athletes. He has studied extensively in
psychoneuroimmunology, neurofeedback, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and sports management.
- Located in Central Contra Costa county east of San Francisco, we hold lessons, classes and clinics at our
facility, as well as travel to your facility. We have done clinics and camps around the country and also in
Canada, Europe, Russia and Japan.

Sportform is a multidisciplinary approach to training the physical, mental and emotional aspects of
performance simultaneously. This approach combines the mind and body, leading to confident,
well-prepared peak performers. The Sportform System was developed by Duke Zielinski and has
been used for more than 20 years with athletes in over 40 different sports and many professions in
countries around the world! Complex concepts are made simple, understandable and immediately
usable for the athlete and coach. The learning curve is decreased and athletes consistently and
continually improve.
State of the art diagnostic tools are used for both the physical and mental training. Sport specific
technical training, training to improve focus, relaxation, game preparation and handling nerves are
just a part of the Sportform System. Components come from the disciplines of yoga, martial arts,
Pilates, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, traditional sports training and strengthening, sports
psychology, and more!
